Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos or videos of your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must still be tagged and in the condition in which it was received.
Refunds
Once an issue has been evaluated and a refund is warranted, we will refund you as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
